Terms and Conditions
Spring Dahlia Tuber Sale – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
By purchasing dahlia tubers from our farm you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before ordering. These terms apply to all orders placed during our Spring 2026 Dahlia Tuber Sale.
2. Product Description
- All tubers are grown, harvested by me (and only me 😊)and inspected to ensure they are healthy. It’s important to me to carefully inspect every tuber clump that comes out of the ground for plant health and I do so using strict sanitation measures.
- I take special time and care to identify blooms and tag the plants to ensure they are true to variety. If a bloom is not confirmed, it will be clearly labeled that the variety is unconfirmed. If you purchase these tubers, you are purchasing at your own risk and a refund will not be given if it is a mislabel.
- Each tuber will have at least one visible eye.
- Tubers are a living product and may vary slightly in size, shape, or color.
3. Shipping Schedule
- Shipping will begin in March, as the weather allows. Orders to colder zones will ship in April.
- Once shipped, Peace in Petals Farm is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, or damage in transit.
4. Guarantee & Replacement/ Refund Policy
- We guarantee that your tubers are viable and healthy at the time of shipping.
- Once received, your tubers must be inspected immediately and Peace in Petals Farm must be contacted within 5 days of you receiving your order.
- If your tuber arrives soft, rotten, or damaged beyond viability, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the tuber and the packaging. Once you receive your tubers, it is your responsibility to properly store them. Refunds will not be issued for tubers that rot due to improper storage.
- A replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- We cannot guarantee growth or bloom performance once planted, as growing conditions (soil, watering, weather, pests, etc.) are beyond our control.
- No refunds for tubers that fail to grow due to environment or care.
5. Plant Health Precautions
- We follow strict sanitation practices to minimize disease risk.
- However, we cannot guarantee freedom from all latent diseases (e.g., virus or crown gall) that may not show symptoms at harvest.
- Once a tuber is planted in your soil, any virus or contamination is possible and therefore refunds may or may not be given, this is at the sellers discretion.
6. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and understand that plant growth and bloom success depend on conditions beyond our control.
